How time flies. I was trying to log into another dusty blog of mine that needed a refresh and used this login name instead. Seems like there are a few dusty old blogs that have been neglected. I will get back to this one and start posting some fresh new and relevant content, and link it to my new websites too. High ho, high ho …
Brad Lamb Realty Inc. signs on to use WHATcorp’s new LIVEfloorplans to help them market properties using the latest 3D virtual tour technology. No, not the standard scripted flythrough movies, not IPIX-like immersive 360 degree photographic tours, but actual first-to-market, fully interactive 3D floor plan models, viewable using any standard web browser and NO plug-ins. Spin it, zoom it, tumble it, it is like holding a 3D building model in your hands, but using a web browser. There is simply no other floor plan exploration tool like it, and Brad Lamb got there first.
Watch for LIVEfloorplans by WHATcorp in Brad Lamb property listings very soon.
WHATcorp Ltd finally adds colour and texture to their innovative LIVEfloorplan products! After introducing the webs first fully interactive 3D floor plans, LIVEfloorplans, WHATcorp has gone one step (two steps …?) further by adding fully coloured and textured LIVEfloorplans for the same low price. You can also have the floor plan spin slowly while you examine the space, and it even allows you to toggle life sized “people” and furniture on and off so you can view the space either empty or full. Awesome! Check out the WHATcorp Ltd web site or jump straight to their coloured LIVEfloorplan sample.
I just read an interesting article in The Condo Guide about what is required as your closing date draws near. Have a quick read and I am sure it will either jog your memory as to you and your lawyers obligations, and if not, it will surely give you a good basis to start preparing that all important To-Do list. Happy closing!
Presentation Centres in a Trailer:
I just went to a Presentation Centre in a 40′ trailer and I tell you, it didn’t sell me on the project. What is the thinking behind this approach and does it not “cheapen” the whole experience? The units started at $290,000 and I am previewing layouts in a camper. Doesn’t work for me somehow. How about you?
Here is an interesting article on ten of Toronto’s “hippest” condo properties. Take a look and tell me if you agree.
A perfect location, great views and located just at the edge of the downtown traffic congestion. Only a few units left. Penthouse unit has a very conservative, open concept layout with the bedrooms on the lower and living space on the upper of two levels. Great floor to ceiling windows with east and south to the lake views. Sales centre is now closed.
