Presentation Centres in a Trailer:
I just went to a Presentation Centre in a 40′ trailer and I tell you, it didn’t sell me on the project. What is the thinking behind this approach and does it not “cheapen” the whole experience? The units started at $290,000 and I am previewing layouts in a camper. Doesn’t work for me somehow. How about you?

A perfect location, great views and located just at the edge of the downtown traffic congestion. Only a few units left. Penthouse unit has a very conservative, open concept layout with the bedrooms on the lower and living space on the upper of two levels. Great floor to ceiling windows with east and south to the lake views. Sales centre is now closed.
